Amazon Connect Routing Engineer
Job Summary
To support a large-scale contact center environment, the contract-to-hire Amazon Connect Routing Engineer will design, develop, and optimize routing capabilities remotely, focusing on enhancing customer experience and operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and support Amazon Connect routing solutions, including contact flows and routing profiles
- Troubleshoot complex routing and contact flow issues, and develop automation for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in contact center technology
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect engineering
- Deep expertise in designing and supporting Amazon Connect Contact Flows and routing strategies
- Experience developing AWS Lambda functions for contact center workflows
- Strong understanding of contact center routing concepts and customer journeys
