Amazon Connect Routing Engineer
Job Summary
To support enterprise contact center environments, the remote contract-to-hire Amazon Connect Routing Engineer will design, develop, and optimize routing solutions while troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and support Amazon Connect routing solutions, including Contact Flows and Routing Profiles
- Troubleshoot complex routing and contact flow issues, providing support for production incidents
- Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions and API-based integrations with Amazon Connect
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in contact center technology
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect engineering
- Deep knowledge of designing and supporting Amazon Connect routing components
- Experience with AWS Lambda functions and API integrations
- Strong understanding of contact center routing concepts and customer journey analysis
