Amazon Connect Routing Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance enterprise contact center capabilities, the contract-to-hire Amazon Connect Routing Engineer will work remotely to design, develop, and optimize routing solutions while troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support Amazon Connect routing solutions for enterprise contact center environments
- Troubleshoot complex routing, telephony, and contact flow issues while performing impact analysis and validation for routing changes
- Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions and support integrations with AWS services to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of contact center technology experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect engineering experience
- Deep experience with Amazon Connect Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, and Queue design
- Experience developing or supporting AWS Lambda functions in contact center workflows
- Strong understanding of contact center routing concepts and customer journey analysis
