Amazon Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary

To support order execution and customer supply chain activities for a high-volume Amazon business, the contract-to-hire Amazon Fulfillment Specialist will manage purchase orders, monitor fulfillment performance, and ensure accurate order processing in a fully remote setting, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming Amazon purchase orders through Vendor Central, ensuring accurate processing from receipt to fulfillment
• Oversee the full sales order lifecycle, coordinating order entry, allocation, and shipment readiness within required timelines
• Track service performance metrics and partner with logistics providers to support timely movement of goods and resolve fulfillment issues

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant supply chain or customer operations experience, including 2 years with Amazon order processes
• Hands-on experience using Amazon Vendor Central for managing purchase orders and fulfillment activities
• Strong background in order management, replenishment, and forecasting within a product-based or CPG environment
• Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite for order and inventory coordination
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting time-sensitive deadlines, especially on Mondays
