Amazon Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Amazon Program Manager, the successful candidate will architect and maintain frameworks to protect brand presence on the Amazon Marketplace, focusing on proactive systems to drive growth and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize escalatory frameworks and SOPs to resolve pricing suppression issues on the Amazon Marketplace
• Develop data-driven mechanisms to analyze performance fluctuations and track internal request volumes and project milestones
• Lead solution ideation for stakeholders, ensuring effective management of business performance KPIs and marketplace health

Required qualifications

• Advanced expertise in Excel and SQL for data analysis and trend translation
• Proven experience with Amazon systems such as Vendor Central and Seller Central
• Demonstrable understanding of ROI calculation and initiative prioritization
• Experience in building scalable processes and workflows
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex issues to non-technical stakeholders
