Ambulatory Application Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Ambulatory Application Analyst I, this position will support, configure, and optimize ambulatory and outpatient clinical applications while collaborating with healthcare providers and clinic staff to enhance system performance and patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide escalation support, configuration, and maintenance for ambulatory clinical applications
• Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and implement technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated ambulatory application issues while supporting system maintenance and upgrades

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CIS, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of healthcare or enterprise application support experience, preferably in ambulatory or outpatient environments
• Experience supporting clinical ambulatory applications and understanding outpatient workflows
• Proficiency in SQL queries, reporting tools, and data analysis
• Familiarity with system testing, upgrades, and integrations
