Ambulatory Quality Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the development and maintenance of ambulatory quality measures, the full-time remote Ambulatory Quality Lead Analyst will ensure data accuracy and alignment while translating clinical needs into scalable, data-driven solutions and partnering with technical teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain ambulatory quality measures and products for accurate reporting
• Translate clinical and business needs into actionable data-driven solutions, including dashboards and scorecards
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency through automation and process improvements

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of applicable experience
• 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• 3+ years in data analytics or healthcare analytics with experience in large datasets
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights while supporting data integrity and validation processes
