Ambulatory Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ambulatory Services Representative for the Advanced Therapeutics Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex administrative duties for patient appointments and procedures in an ambulatory setting
• Schedule appointments, obtain patient information, and facilitate communication between patients and providers
• Manage billing discrepancies, co-payments, and maintain accurate patient records

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of related experience, waived with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Ability to use specialized applications software and computer systems
• Ability to work under stressful situations while exemplifying professional behavior
• Knowledge of business office procedures and medical terminology preferred
