Job Summary

To lead security initiatives across the Americas, the full-time Americas Regional Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) will manage audit defense, risk assessments, and technical architecture reviews while owning the security risk and compliance program in a hands-on role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audit defense, risk assessments, and technical architecture reviews across the Americas
• Own the Americas security risk and compliance program, including policy, controls, and regulatory engagement
• Build relationships with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Internal Audit while preparing for regulatory and licensing engagements

Required qualifications

• Solid grounding in GRC and risk management, preferably from a regulated industry
• Technical depth to engage in architecture and risk discussions with engineers
• Proven track record of curiosity and self-directed learning
• Confident communication skills with executives and regulators
• Ability to work effectively in a lean team and adapt to ambiguity
