AMI Systems Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Analyst II specializing in AMI Application Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the health and performance of the AMI Command Center and related systems
• Respond to system alerts and incidents to restore service effectively
• Perform routine system and application maintenance, including health checks and patching activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Two (2) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in server administration and/or application production support (Windows and/or Linux)
• Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems and incident management practices
• Working understanding of AMI concepts and architecture
