AML Analyst, Transaction Monitoring

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated AML Analyst, Transaction Monitoring to join the Compliance and Risk team in a full-time remote position, where the candidate will manage transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and support regulatory inquiries to ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor transactions and account activity to identify unusual patterns and potential money laundering risks
• Conduct sanctions screening and support investigations related to compliance
• Draft comprehensive reports documenting suspicious activity and investigative outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in an AML compliance role, preferably in the crypto industry
• Blockchain tracing/analytics experience or relevant certifications is a plus
• ACAMS or similar AML certifications preferred
• Pre-law coursework or relevant experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
