AML Investigations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AML Investigations Manager to oversee BSA/AML compliance and manage a team of investigators.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of BSA/AML Investigators conducting case reviews and investigations
• Provide guidance on processes and procedures while overseeing case distribution among analysts
• Review complex cases, ensure timely filing of SARs, and assist with internal audit deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years) or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in AML, financial investigations, or banking
• Management experience and ability to lead and direct staff
• Experience in transaction analysis, case investigations, and suspicious activity reporting
• CAMS designation preferred
