AML Investigator - Nevada Licensed

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with BSA/AML laws and regulations, the full-time AML Investigator - Nevada Licensed will conduct thorough investigations and due diligence reviews on casino customers, focusing on identifying potential AML and Source of Funds concerns while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Perform investigations to assess records related to negative news, criminal activity, and regulatory actions
• Validate customer information to ascertain Source of Funds and Source of Wealth
• Draft Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) and communicate findings to Compliance management

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Preferred 3+ years of experience in Audit or a related field
• Experience in a resort or gaming environment is preferred
