AML Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product suite for AML and financial crimes, the full-time salaried AML Product Manager will manage transaction monitoring, KYC/KYB workflows, and case management while working remotely to enhance compliance risk solutions using AI technology.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development and optimization of transaction monitoring systems, including scenario design and threshold calibration
• Lead KYC/KYB onboarding processes, ensuring dynamic orchestration of data sources based on risk tiers
• Manage case management workflows, focusing on alert routing, analyst productivity, and regulatory reporting

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in AML product management across at least two key areas of compliance
• Strong understanding of AML program design, model validation, and regulatory requirements
• Technical proficiency with data schemas and AI applications in compliance
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as BSA, FinCEN, and OFAC
• Ability to leverage AI tools for rapid product development and testing
