Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the AML Sales Strategy for the Americas region
- Act as the AML Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the sales team and customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify industry trends and align sales strategies
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Financial Crime/AML at a financial institution or software vendor
- Experience in selling or implementing enterprise application software solutions
- Experience with complex software sales and long sales cycles
- Familiarity with revenue recognition and contract negotiation
- Proven ability to position products and services against competitors
