AMS360 Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AMS360 Agency Management System Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to all users on AMS360 and ancillary products post-conversion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control and consistency
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding AMS360 users, including security revisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or software
• At least 3 years of experience using AMS360 agency management software
• Experience with ImageRight, Agency Zoom, BenefitPoint, InsurLink, and PL Rater preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is expected
