Job Summary

Collaborating with experienced consultants, the full-time remote Analyst will support clients by collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, conducting interviews and focus groups, and developing reports and presentations to turn research into practical solutions for community challenges.

Key responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data collection efforts, including surveys and focus groups, while managing and analyzing data
  • Draft reports, proposals, and presentations, synthesizing findings for diverse audiences
  • Coordinate tasks across multiple projects, ensuring timely progress and collaboration with team members
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in public health, public policy, sociology, psychology, education, social work, or a related social science field (Master's preferred)
  • Three or more years of professional experience in research, evaluation, consulting, or community engagement
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data through interviews and surveys
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with analysis software such as SPSS or R
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities
