Analyst, Decision Engine

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Decision Engine (Portfolio Strategy).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the implementation of new process flows and logic updates within the decision engine
• Execute testing for decisioning parameters and ensure data integrity between vendors and internal applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements and maintain process documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in an analytical and product support role, preferably in FinTech or financial services
• Experience optimizing a decision engine (e.g., Taktile, FICO Blaze) is required
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Python is a plus
• Familiarity with lending lifecycles or rules engines is preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
