Analyst I Epic EHR Application

Job Summary

Providing build support for Epic and other clinical applications, the full-time remote Analyst I Epic EHR Application will configure, document, test, and maintain software applications while collaborating with hospital leadership and clinical users to resolve system issues.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, verifying, and documenting software configurations for deployment
• Investigate and resolve application-related issues while performing agreed maintenance tasks
• Design test cases and scripts, and record and report test outcomes

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• No specific certification or professional license required
