Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analyst II Accounts Payable - US Based Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit invoices to client policy, supplier contracts, and tax authority requirements
- Communicate with suppliers for corrected paperwork and invoice requirements
- Process payments using various currencies and payment methods
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in accounts payable or related field
- Knowledge of Value Added Tax, Goods and Services tax, and other tax requirements
- Ability to assess and escalate questions and issues for resolution
- Experience with vendor set-up forms and payment processing
- Proficiency in documenting information in financial systems for control purposes
