Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst Relations Services Associate to join their Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, peer reviews, and client engagements across multiple enterprise accounts
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and shared assets using internal platforms and workflow tools
• Prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, manage follow-ups, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in communications, PR, marketing, or a related field
• Genuine interest in analyst relations, competitive intelligence, or market intelligence
• Familiarity with current AI tools and a curiosity to innovate in their application
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Proficiency in collaboration and communication tools, including spreadsheets and slide creation
