Analyst Relations Contractor

Job Summary

Supporting the global Analyst Relations program, the part-time Analyst Relations Contractor will manage analyst engagements, coordinate internal communications, and track major report cycles while working remotely for 20 hours a week through December 31, 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor weekly priorities and track analyst engagements while flagging major report deadlines
• Manage logistics for analyst interactions, facilitating briefings and ensuring internal SMEs are prepared
• Coordinate internal review cycles for major reports and manage compliance reviews for marketing assets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in analyst relations, preferably in the SaaS/Tech industry
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong internal communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
