Analyst Relations Manager

Job Summary

Building and managing an analyst relations function, the full-time remote Analyst Relations Manager will develop trusted relationships with industry analysts, focusing on advancing the narrative for ElevenAgents and facilitating inclusion in key market evaluations like Gartner's Magic Quadrant.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and execute an effective analyst relations program to enhance visibility and credibility in the market
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling narratives that resonate with analysts and reflect product developments
• Prepare executives and technical leads for analyst engagements, ensuring consistent communication and updates

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in building and running an analyst relations function, preferably in enterprise software or AI
• Hands-on experience with the Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave submission processes
• Ability to shape and articulate a coherent market position across multiple product lines
• Experience in preparing executives for analyst inquiries and maintaining ongoing analyst engagement
• Bonus: Background in agentic AI, voice AI, or conversational AI categories
