Analyst, Remarketing Enhancement
Job Summary
Supporting the launch and scaling of IAA's vehicle enhancement and make-ready program, the full-time remote Analyst, Remarketing Enhancement will manage data analysis, reporting, vendor performance tracking, and process documentation to drive operational efficiency and Gross Transaction Value growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to track enhancement metrics and trends
- Analyze costs and vendor performance to identify opportunities for margin improvement and pricing discipline
- Document workflows and support the development of standard operating procedures for enhancement processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in an analyst, operations support, business analytics, or process improvement role
- Technical/professional accreditation in Finance or related field preferred
- Lean/Six Sigma, data analytics, or business intelligence certifications are a plus
