Analytical Definition Associate

Job Summary

To support laboratory operations, the full-time Central Analytical Definition Associate will design and maintain tests within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), collaborate with laboratories to meet testing needs, and uphold quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain tests and test bundles in LIMS, supporting updates and laboratory requirements
• Interpret analytical methods and technical documentation to ensure accurate test builds
• Assess and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in life sciences preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Laboratory experience preferred, with familiarity in using the USP or Ph. Eur. being a plus
• Experience working in a LIMS preferred
• Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
