Analytical Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytical Support Specialist to provide comprehensive analytical support to the billing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of all revenue product lines supported by the Financial Services Center
• Develop strategies to enhance billing functions and create approximately 100 invoices monthly for over sixty customers
• Monitor and report revenue by multiple budgets and respond to government customer inquiries regarding invoices and collections

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in billing, invoicing, and collections for Financial Services Center
• Experience using Access, Excel, SQL, and PowerBI for data acquisition and report generation
• Prior experience working with iFAMS is required
• B.S. in Computer Science or Information Management
• Ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation
