Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the data ecosystem, the full-time Analytics Analyst (IT) will manage production support for reporting issues, analyze data anomalies, and optimize reporting capabilities while working remotely from the Denver HQ.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving data-related production issues
• Analyze data to identify anomalies and provide actionable resolutions to stakeholders
• Maintain and enhance existing reports and dashboards, optimizing performance and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business analytics, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics-focused roles
• Proficiency in SQL or other query languages for data manipulation and extraction
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization technologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
