Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Analytics and Data Science Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team in building interactive dashboards, predictive models, and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Python, and SQL
• Lead and develop the Analyst team by providing hands-on guidance, mentorship, and fostering professional growth
• Deliver analysis and insights that enable functional leaders to make informed decisions regarding global performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Quantitative Marketing, Engineering, or an MBA with relevant experience
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in pricing or financial analysis, business planning, or a similar quantitative discipline
• Proven experience in data strategy, analytics leadership, and AI implementation
• Experience with management reporting and working knowledge of ERP systems and data extraction
• Strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate technical advancements into business impact
