Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics & Innovation Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR analytics efforts and manage HR projects related to analytics and innovation
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in People Data and Analytics, providing actionable insights to address people-related business challenges
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams and present findings to HR and business leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, PMO, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management or consulting
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience leading projects in the data, analytics, and/or innovation space
