Job Summary
Working in a hybrid or remote capacity, the full-time Analytics and Insights Analyst will partner with clients and internal teams to provide actionable insights, develop campaign strategies, and optimize programmatic marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a client-facing team member, communicating campaign strategies and interpreting insights through storytelling
- Design analytic and testing plans to address client business challenges and recommend optimization opportunities
- Develop innovative measurement tools and communicate campaign optimization results to demonstrate value against business goals
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar analytics role, preferably in digital media or programmatic analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel, including pivot tables; experience with data manipulation tools such as Tableau or Python is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in simple terms
- Creative, self-motivated, and data-driven with a high degree of attention to detail
