Analytics and Reporting Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Enterprise Reporting team, the full-time Analytics and Reporting Engineer will build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure for healthcare claims and dispute resolution workflows while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reporting pipelines using dbt and Snowflake to transform raw data into clean datasets
• Develop and publish interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Omni to provide clear visual answers to complex business questions
• Partner with various teams to define metrics, build scorecards, and ensure data quality through tests and validations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI development, or a similar data-focused role
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and work with Snowflake
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining dbt models
• Proficiency with Power BI for data modeling and report design
• Familiarity with healthcare data concepts or a willingness to learn quickly
