Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Analytics & Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts, setting priorities and guiding execution
• Build and evolve client reporting to highlight performance and improvement areas
• Analyze complex health data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare analytics, health tech, or medical economics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python (or similar tools)
• Proven track record of managing and developing analysts
• Experience presenting data to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities effectively
