Job Summary
Leading the RCS Analytics Products team, the full-time remote Analytics Business Intelligence Manager will be accountable for the delivery and health of analytics-focused products, overseeing the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data-related deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the integrity and maintenance of analytics products, including dashboards and reports
- Delegate tasks effectively while remaining hands-on to ensure quality and alignment with technology
- Oversee the delivery of analytics-focused products and ensure team accountability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of relevant experience
- 5 years of progressive management experience in report/dashboard delivery and business intelligence
- 4 years of hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms
