Job Summary
Leading the RCS Analytics Products team, the full-time remote Analytics Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for the development, integrity, and maintenance of analytics products, including dashboards and reports, while ensuring effective delegation and hands-on involvement with content and technology.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery and health of analytics-focused products published by the team
- Manage the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, models, and data-related deliverables
- Ensure effective delegation of tasks while maintaining a hands-on approach as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of relevant experience
- 5 years of management experience with report/dashboard delivery and business intelligence
- 4 years of hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms
