Leading the RCS Analytics Products team, the full-time remote Analytics Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for the delivery and health of analytics-focused products, including dashboards, reports, and data-related deliverables while maintaining hands-on involvement to ensure quality and integrity.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of analytics products, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
- Delegate tasks effectively while remaining involved in key projects to stay connected with content and technology

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of relevant experience
- 5 years of management experience with a focus on report/dashboard delivery and analytics
- 4 years of hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms
