Analytics Business Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Analytics Center of Excellence, the full-time Analytics Business Manager will manage strategic partnerships, oversee governance and operational practices, and ensure measurable outcomes while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Build knowledge of partner and ACOE priorities to translate strategy into actionable plans and governance agendas
• Maintain an integrated view of commitments and service performance while identifying risks and ensuring coordinated execution
• Create decision-ready communications that connect analytics work to stakeholder benefits and maintain visibility to performance measures

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, program or portfolio management, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional work in a matrixed environment
• 3+ years of experience improving business processes or governance and creating executive-level communications
• 2+ years of experience using financial or operational information to support decisions
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
