Job Summary
To support the Center for Pediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Celiac Disease, the full-time Analytics & Clinical Effectiveness Specialist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to analyze healthcare data, develop reporting solutions, and drive clinical performance improvements while working onsite in Palo Alto, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and automates reporting solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring data consistency and coherence
- Interprets data analyses to provide insights and presentations that influence decision-making among stakeholders
- Consults with stakeholders to identify business needs and develops analytical models to support data-informed decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in a related role; five (5) years preferred
- Expertise in advanced quantitative and relational database tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python)
- Experience with Business Intelligence reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of healthcare improvement science methods and tools
