Analytics Consulting Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing analytics practice, the full-time remote Analytics Consulting Manager will engage with business leaders to understand complex decisions, challenge conventional thinking, and rapidly translate business needs into data- and AI-enabled solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Engage business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and key decisions, moving beyond simple requirements gathering
- Challenge assumptions and structure ambiguous business issues into clear hypotheses and decision frameworks
- Rapidly prototype solutions using GenAI, Agentic AI, and low-code/no-code tools to analyze information and develop working prototypes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy/management consulting, or a similar decision-oriented environment
- Prior experience in the Retail/CPG industry strongly preferred
- Strong analytical orientation and hands-on experience with data
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, BI/visualization tools, and/or Python
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
