Analytics Developer

Job Summary

Providing moderately complex database analytics and reporting services, the full-time Analytics Developer will gather data from multiple sources, create metrics to enhance clinical and operational performance, and produce reports and dashboards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document data requirements, translating them into technical specifications and workflows
• Produce and develop reports, dashboards, and other visualizations from various data sources, ensuring data quality and integrity
• Interpret data deliverables for executive and clinical staff, summarizing information effectively and making recommendations based on trends and observations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Physics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Clinical, or a similar field
• 3 years of relevant experience in analytics or data reporting
• Proficiency in statistical and BI tools such as Cognos, Tableau, QlikView, or Excel PowerPivot
• Development skills in programming languages like SAS, SQL, R, or STATA
• Ability to design and implement systems for data collection and analysis
