Analytics Developer

Job Summary

To enhance clinical and operational performance, the full-time remote Analytics Developer will provide database analytics and reporting services, gather data requirements, and create metrics while ensuring data quality and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document data requirements, translating them into technical specifications and workflows
• Produce and develop reports, dashboards, and other visualizations from various data sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability
• Interpret data deliverables in business language for stakeholders and make recommendations based on performance evaluations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of relevant experience in database analytics and reporting
• Proficiency in statistical and BI tools such as Cognos, Tableau, or SQL
• Strong development skills in programming languages like SAS, SQL, or R
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
