Analytics Developer

Job Summary

To enhance the digital and marketing analytics capabilities, the full-time remote Analytics Developer will gather data requirements, develop analytical solutions, and create insightful dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document data requirements, translating them into technical specifications and workflows
• Design and develop analytical solutions using various tools, ensuring data quality and integrity
• Create and distribute reports and dashboards, interpreting complex data for stakeholders in an accessible manner

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Physics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or Clinical fields, or 4 years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of experience in analytics or a related field
• Advanced skills in programming languages such as SAS, SQL, R, or STATA
• Proficiency with enterprise analytical and BI tools, including PowerBI, Cognos, or Tableau
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
