Analytics Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Development Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and technical leadership to the Analytics Development Team, including personnel management and productivity enhancement
• Develop advanced business intelligence solutions, including reports, data visualizations, and data warehouses
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure data accuracy and participate in the Data Governance Program

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related preferred
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in systems development and delivering business intelligence products, with 5 years in management/leadership
• Proven experience in developing Business Intelligence solutions in a Microsoft SQL Server/Tools environment
• Experience with Scrum methodology and agile practices
• Broad technical understanding across multiple technology layers and hands-on coding experience
