Analytics Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Supporting data-driven decision-making, the full-time remote Analytics Engagement Manager I will deliver analytical insights, develop reporting solutions, and collaborate with business stakeholders to address operational and strategic challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of analytics initiatives and perform data analysis to address business questions
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and utilize Python for data manipulation and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand analytical needs and present findings effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics
• Two to four years of professional experience in analytics, data analysis, or a related field
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python for data analysis
• Experience with modern data platforms and analytics technologies like Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with healthcare, Medicaid, or other regulated industries
