Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in analytics or analytics engineering
• Deep expertise with dbt, including data modeling, testing, and documentation
• Strong experience with BI platforms and proven ability to define metrics with business stakeholders
• Proficient in SQL and Python, with a solid understanding of software engineering practices
• Experience building analytics practices in high-growth environments
