Analytics Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the analytics layer of the data environment for standardized data access
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create data models and optimize data processes for effective decision-making
• Analyze complex data sets, develop ETL pipelines, and refine data models to improve performance and reduce costs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent experience
• 4 to 6 years of experience in a data-centric role using SQL
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and building ETL pipelines (e.g., Snowflake and DBT)
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience working in a version control system like Git
