Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Engineer to enhance its business intelligence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Refactor and optimize dbt pipelines for efficiency as data volume increases
• Maintain and extend ingestion scripts to ensure timely access to necessary data
• Build pipelines for internal intelligence features, including customer segmentation and sentiment classification

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience with dbt and managing complex dbt projects
• Deep knowledge of Google BigQuery or similar cloud warehouses
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; familiarity with Go is a plus
• Strong understanding of data governance, documentation, and lineage
• Experience with data freshness, reliability, and tools like Airflow and Docker is advantageous
