Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Engineer, People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop SQL and Python pipelines for data extraction and transformation from various sources
• Maintain Snowflake/dbt data models and monitor data pipelines for quality and workflow issues
• Build dashboards and analytics solutions, supporting day-to-day reporting and reducing data access complexity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, information technology, or a related field
• At least 4 years of SQL experience and 3 years of Python experience
• At least 2 years of experience in data modeling and building production-ready data structures
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, or similar data warehousing platforms
• Familiarity with cloud environments and modern data engineering tools
