Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Engineer, People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop SQL and Python pipelines for data extraction and transformation from various sources
• Maintain and monitor data models, views, and transformations in Snowflake/dbt
• Build dashboards and analytics solutions, supporting reporting and data access

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, information technology, or a related field
• At least 4 years of SQL experience, creating complex queries and scalable ETL solutions
• At least 3 years of Python experience in building and automating data pipelines
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, or similar data warehousing platforms
• Experience reporting and querying cross-functional HR or operational data
