Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Engineer, People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SQL and Python pipelines for data extraction and transformation
Monitor data pipelines, implement automated testing, and resolve data quality issues
Build dashboards and analytics solutions using internal tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, information technology, or a related field
At least 4 years of SQL experience with complex queries and scalable ETL solutions
At least 3 years of Python experience in building and automating data pipelines
Experience with Snowflake, dbt, or similar data warehousing platforms
Familiarity with cloud environments and modern data engineering tools
