Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Engineer, People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SQL and Python data pipelines, transforming data from various sources
Monitor and ensure data quality across analytics pipelines and support reporting and analytics solutions
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to deliver structured and reliable data solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, information technology, or a related field
At least 4 years of SQL experience and 3 years of Python experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data modeling and building production-ready data structures
Experience with Snowflake, dbt, or similar data warehousing platforms
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and modern data engineering tools
